Tirana Business Park sh.p.k. (TBP) in cooperation with Lindner Immobilien Management EOOD unveiled Lindner Group Newest Real Estate Investment at the First Road Show Event, held at HOLIDAY INN Hotel, near Business Park Sofia.
TBP kicked off the Regional Road Show Tour at the premises of Business Park Sofia, the first and very successful investment of Lindner Group in Bulgaria. This is the First event of such kind undertaken by the company, in order to increase the awareness of Albania as a potential and attractive market, but also to promote this German Real Estate investment in Tirana. The Road Show was presented as a panel discussion and a presentation of the project. The panel composed by: Mrs. Eneida Guria – CEO of Albanian Investment and Development Agency (AIDA), Mr. Paul Tobin – Partner of PricewaterhouseCooper, Mr. Lutfi Dervishi – Analyst, Mr. Michael Ulmer – General Manager of Lindner Projektentwicklungs GmbH and Mr. Carsten Conrad – General Manager of Tirana Business Park, discussed on the investment climate in the region (Albania, Bulgaria, Kosovo and Macedonia) and positive trends that motivated Lindner family to invest equity on the range of € 100 Million in Albania, for the development of Tirana Business Park project. Mrs. Guria, Mr. Tobin and Mr. Ulmer emphasized that, Tirana labour market is blessed with a young, skilled, multilingual and motivated labour force. Mrs. Guria stated that, although Albania is a small market, the potential and resources that the country bears are very attractive to the Western Europe and the region. In addition, Mr. Dervishi stated that, the young Albanian generation is vital, educated, and full of energy and optimism. Mr. Dervishi concluded by saying that, “if the western Europeans would have the courage and braveness of the Albanian people to risk and invest and the Albanian people would have the planning way of the Europeans, this would be an ideal situation for business growth.”
Mr. Conrad did a presentation of TBP, this important German, direct, private, foreign investment as a unique concept and vision not only for Albania, but also for the Western Balkans, which will become one of the hot spots in Southeast Europe, by bringing together industries, entrepreneurial models and creative impulses
